I was told that they could only reverse the $49. 99 charged that day, but it was not their policy to refund any money. Numerous back and forth phone calls got me no further except that I had three massages coming to me. I repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract which was not sent. When I called to make my first appointment, I was told that there were no rollovers – meaning that if I did not come in the month that I was charged for it did not rollover to the next month and that I lost my money. I was shocked! This is not what was discussed. Asking how could you take my money for services I paid for and not provide the services to me I was told that she never told me that and I misunderstood her. Said I should read the contract - no rollovers. Again, and repeatedly I asked for a copy of the contract. Finally, after yet more conversations she texted it to me. In the contract it clearly states that rollovers are allowed for a year. More phone calls only to have her tell me that that is not what the contract means and that I had no massages coming to me and lost my money.

First let me say that this is my first review, good or bad. I felt that I must warn anyone considering signing up for their monthly massage. I learned of this spa through Groupon. I made an appointment and the massage was decent. After the massage, the partner of the owner and the technician began to tell me about their new monthly program for massages/spa services. I have always steered away from any monthly contracts having read plenty of bad reviews. I was assured over and over again from both that I was under no obligation, that they were very flexible and that I could cancel at any time for any reason. My understanding also was that my contract would not start until I made my first appointment. So, I signed up. They began charging me immediately and continued for the next 3 months for a total of 4 charges of $49. 99. I wasn't aware of the charges as my husband has alerts set up for charges and never questioned them until the last charge when I was home at the time. I immediately called to cancel the contract and request that they refund my money.
I called my credit card company's dispute department and explained the situation. First, they never refunded the last charged as promised. Fortunately, my credit card company has refunded the entire amount charged and will initiate their process against the company for the money charged. This ordeal has been a very stressful experience for me. Nothing I was told was truthful. It's unthinkable that a company would just take your money and refuse to provide services you paid for. The owners are without moral or ethics. They will tell you anything to get you signed up. I can't believe they can continue using dishonest practices. My advice: DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY SERVICES. …
