Many of the spas in the area are way overpriced but spa Lamar provided great service at an excellent value. The 60 minute massage was perfect.

The steam room and sauna were perfect. Shower and locker room facilities were great. Only downside was that that jacuzzi wasn't working properly, but it didn't ruin our visit. For the past 3 decades we have tried to provide an affordable spa alternative in Scottsdale, so it means a lot to us that you appreciated the value. Many guests complained that the powerful hot tub bubbles were too noisy for quiet conversation, so we disconnected the blower and just left the jets. Sounds like you guys missed the bubbles, but I am glad you didn't let that ruin your visit. We hope you will come back to see us, next time you are in Scottsdale!
So glad we did! The staff here was very accommodating as it was our last day in town and we were catching a red eye flight that night. They held out bags for us, delivered us our lunch after we ordered it, and many more things I won't write in case that's not the norm:) But above all, their hospitality and flexibility was top tier. Everyone was amazing and we had the best last day of our trip because of Spa Lamar. I highly recommend if you're from out of town to check this place out. Good massages and nail treatments. Good sandwiches ordered from deli. Nice pool n hot tub. Prices reasonable.
