All rooms are sanitized before and after each appo... intment, and all linens thoroughly washed with a hospital grade disinfectant. We are paying attention to detail, regularly sanitizing all door knobs, light switches, phones, and especially the reception and waiting room areas. We are continuing to enforce the highest standard of cleanliness for ourselves and our Google rated 5 star facility. We are waiving our cancelation policy until further notice for those who are feeling ill or who have sickness at home. We are asking our therapists and all our employees to stay home as well if they exhibit any symptoms to protect our valued customers.

The seating area is very nicely arranged. I liked that the chairs weren't scattered all around in a way that makes it seem as though the owners of the business care more about presenting their products for sale than making their clients comfortable while they wait. I checked in and was told my massage was scheduled that day. I misunderstood and thought I was scheduled for the massage only when I wanted to have the pedicure and facial done the same day as well. The woman at the reception desk, who could also have been the owner or manager, quickly and calmly assured me I would receive all appointments same day. I was pleased with the demeanor even though I'd misunderstood them. I was quickly offered something to drink and asked for tea. They gave me loose tea in hot water, which got stuck in my teeth and left behind an odd aftertaste. I would have asked for water or coffee if I'd known that was how the tea was served, which I've never before experienced. My masseuse was very polite and personable and made small talk on the way down to the basement area where the spa was located.
