Ask when you book. Massage Envy is a club and if you don't want to use your monthly massage (if got behind), it seems the way out is to book a lot of massages. I feel lucky they have enough staff to get me in with this great economy and low unemployment it must be hard to staff a skilled job like this that also takes hard work. Stephanie (spelling? ) is great, but she is booked out for months (don't take my spot). I have had good massages here and even good stretching sessions. I think Massage is so individual, so wheI read about someone not liking a sesson... it is hard fo me to judge. We always talked about boyfriends, trips, etc. I thought we got along great. When trying to book with her the manager takes the phone. Turns out Leslie no longer wants me as a client. No good explanation given.
I have 7 outstanding massages and I will never set foot in this Massage Envy in Plymouth, MN again. I requested a refund for the 7 sessions I paid for but won't use and was told no. She gifted me an appointment she couldn't make it to. I showed up for the appointment at the time my mother scheduled it. I was told by the "manager" Emily that the therapists schedule changed and they moved the appointment to 5pm. I called my mom and she did not agree to changing the appointment time. Emily proceeded to imply that my mother was lying and refused to cancel the appointment without charges incurred. If a therapists schedule changes, they should simply cancel the appointment and request the customer call to make the appointment.
