The place is fine, it has plenty of treatment rooms and they seem well equipped. My therapist was also OK (pretty robotic, but well trained). The reception "service" was however, beyond anything I have ever experienced as far as bad workers. Totally uninterested lady with the attitude who really made zero effort to make one feel welcomed. I asked for 50 mins full body massage, but I asked if the therapist could skip the back and just do head instead. It is a perfectly normal request in any spa, it is just asking more focus for one area (and less for another). It would be no problem anywhere. Especially shouldn't be a problem for a spa that is pretty proudly advertise how much they make sure that everybody feels relaxed.... She made a big deal out of it, plus also wrongly informed the therapist (who didn't even heat up the oil, even thou I picked up 1 hour hot oil massage from the menu) but as I came out, she wanted to over charge me, for 30 mins head massage and for a 30 mins half body massage.
