When I made the appointment for herbal ball massage, the staff put me on hold to check on early bird special ($35 for 1 hour, ) she quoted me $90 for the 2-hour session, $85 if paid in cash. I received herbal ball in the second hour only. The unfriendly man claimed herbal ball is extra $20 charge and they only do herbal ball for 30 minutes or 1-hour, yet their website listed 60/90/120 minute sessions with no extra charge.
