I highly recommend! Recommends over a year ago OCPS has been fantastic! They are head and shoulders above others I have used in the past. I feel they're professional- prompt- fairly priced. Initially I called OCPS out of frustration after having so many no shows and the few who did show were clueless in terms of diagnosing the problems I had been experiencing. The repair man from OCPS knew his way around my equipment, explained to me in Layman's terms how the components work. Once I approved the repair he walked out to his service truck to get the parts- replaced them and my automated system and heater are both working great again. First trip and done right. Thanks guys Excellent Pool Service- CONSISTENT!! Doesn't Recommend Jekyll and Hyde - That's what I got from this company. As long as I didn't question anything, they came every week and took care of the pool. However, once I questioned work that wasn't authorized, I couldn't reach anyone, calls weren't returned. And when I finally got someone, I was yelled at and hung up on.

The Only place to get your Pool or Spa Serviced – Finally a pool service that actually shows up. They do a great job servicing my pool & spa. Also if anything is not right, they let me know right away. They have service techs, so not only do they clean but, ocpoolspa can also make repairs. Tom in yorba linda Professional!! – I have had it with 'poolguys'!! OCPS is a breath of fresh air! When my husband and I were obtaining bids to replace our equipment OCPS was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who answered the phone, showed up on time, had an actual proposal form- not a napkin, brochures of the equipment they were bidding us on and they ended up beating our lowest estimate as they were eager to have us as a customer!! The installation and clean up was first rate! We now enjoy a salt pool which has been automated so everything is now at the touch of a button.
