Recently went here for a massage, for pain relief issues. Let's start off with booking, which is simple on there website, I was a first time customer so it took me about 5 minutes to be registered and booked! Very easy, but you could also phone on and book. When I arrived I was asked to fill out some information about myself, which was all done electronically on a iPad, once again very simple. The receptionist took my benefits and did her thing. My massage started on time, and Vicki the one giving the massage, took about 5 minutes to understand my pain, and the range of motion which caused the pain. I was very impressed with how thorough she was! She then left the room and allowed me to get ready! The massage was great, it's not every day you get a very capable and understanding employee, someone who actually understands the body, Vicki was great! When my massage was over I noticed they did acupuncture as well! I asked if they had any room for the night and luckily they did! One more set of forms, and here I was getting brought back to the studio within 20 minutes again.

Casey was the acupuncturist, she was phenomenal, good sense of humour, yet very Proffesional! I will be back, and would highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for either massage or acupuncture. Very clean and very professional! …
